Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy
Tropicsurf offers a 7-day money back guarantee on merchandise, provided the product has not been used and is faulty or the wrong size. If you would like to return or exchange a product, please notify us within 7 days of purchase via firstname.lastname@example.org. Simply return (via mail) your merchandise to Tropicsurf PO Box 1525, Noosa Heads, QLD, 4567 within 14 days of purchase. We will then refund your purchase price less any postage originally charged for sending the merchandise to you. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will refund the purchase price less postage back into your account (if paid by credit card) within 1-2 weeks of receipt of the returned merchandise.
Tropicsurf will deliver worldwide. All packages will be sent via Australia Post. Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by emailing email@example.com within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products are assessed on a case by case basis at the discretion of Tropicsurf. All Postage and handling costs are based on our AUD$20.00 rate per order shipped within Australia, or AUD$60.00 rate per order when shipped to non Australian delivery addresses. We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 3 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. Delivery times are typically within 3 days domestically, and between 1 and 2 weeks for non Australian addresses. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.
